About our founder
Shazma Ahmed is a qualified personal development coach and founder of Coachma, she is also a qualified barrister with an extensive background in financial services regulation and culture change.
She brings a wealth of experience of managing relationships with senior leaders in the industry from household names in the retail space to global investment banks. She has first hand experience of overseeing change programs to raise standards and improve corporate culture. People determine culture. She understands the importance of a positive organisational culture and the influence it can have on that organisations reputation, sustainability and prosperity.
She believes that all businesses and organisations ought to be proactively thinking about their corporate responsibility which is interlinked with its culture, particularly where those organisations have the potential to impact the consumers and markets they serve.
